How to Pay

We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is a secure way to pay online. You do not need to set up a PayPal account, you can simply use your regular credit card when paying this way.

We also accept payment via direct bank transfer. Once your order is process we will email you bank details to make a payment. Just select "direct deposit" on the payment page.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars, GST is not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

Australian- shipping is a flat cost of AUD $8.00

International- We are also happy to ship to our customers overseas. Please email us for a shipping quote specific to your country. Please note that all international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges

Vintagebubbles® will provide credit or exchange only for returned items. 

We do not refund for a change of mind. 
If a product is faulty or our description has been misleading or inaccurate we will gladly refund the cost of the item. 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders or sale/discounted items. 

We will credit or refund the item/s provided : 
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. 
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 
Email info@vintagebubbles.com.au with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and a request for replacement, credit or refund.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. 
Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Vintagebubbles® cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in return transit. 
 
Vintagebubbles® cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Vintagebubbles® will do everything possible to assist customers in recovering lost items or damage costs from Australia Post or other third party couriers.
 
COLOUR REPRODUCTION We go to great effort to ensure that the colours reproduced in our product photos are as true to life as possible, but because the image that appears on a computer screen can vary widely depending on a monitor's display settings and manufacturer, sometimes garment colours may vary slightly from the images that appear on our site. 

PRIVACY POLICY & SECURITY Vintagebubbles® is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not sell, rent or loan your personal information to others. Purchases via Vintagebubbles® website are handled by PayPal and therefore located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
